Small utilities · Grassroots sport · Made in a shed-ish

Software with both feet on the ground.

Virtually Earthed is a small, growing kit of utilities for grassroots sports clubs — the kind run on goodwill, group chats and a spreadsheet that's seen things. I build the boring bits, so volunteers can get back to the gym, the pitch, the pool.

01 / The idea

Most clubs don't need another platform. They need one small, sharp tool that takes a job off the chair's plate.

Single-job tools

Each utility does one thing properly. No dashboards inside dashboards. No "modules" you'll never enable.

Volunteer-shaped

Designed for someone using it once a season, on their phone, in the car park, between sessions.

Quietly priced

Free where I can, near-free where I can't. The point isn't the business — it's the clubs running.

02 / Live now

Podium. Comp kit orders, sorted.

A dead-simple site for collecting competition T-shirt and merch orders from members. Open a window, share a link, watch the orders come in — then export a clean list for the printer. No forwarded spreadsheets. No "did you get my size?" texts on a Sunday night.

  • Share one link per comp or event
  • Sizes, names, notes — captured cleanly
  • Export ready for your kit supplier
  • Built so a parent can use it in 30 seconds

03 / The growing kit

What's coming next, roughly in this order.

These are sketches, not promises. The order shifts based on what clubs actually ask for — which is the whole point of the form below.

  1. Live

    Podium →

Competition kit & merch orders, with clean exports.

  2. Live

    Classlist →

A free, no-frills class schedule viewer for clubs.

  3. Next

    Roll Call

Squad-by-squad attendance for a season, without printing a register every week.

  4. Soon

    Comp Window

Open / close entry windows for in-house comps with auto-locked levels and apparatus.

  5. Idea

    Kit Returns

Track loaned leotards, tracksuits and warm-up kit across a season without a single spreadsheet.

  6. Idea

    Your idea?

The most useful tool here is probably the one you're about to describe in the contact form.

04 / Get involved

Tell me what your club actually struggles with.

Whether you want early access to Podium, you've got a job you'd love a small tool for, or you just want to know what this is — drop a line. It's me reading it, and I reply.

No newsletter, no tracking pixels, no resold lists. Promise.
